  • How do I rent equipment?
    Renting with us is EASY! 1. Call us for the availabilty of the equipment you need. (😎Reservations are welcome!) 520-486-9920 2. We will take your information and schedule the delivery of the equipment right to your job site or home. 3. That's IT!🤩It's That Easy! Our recommendation is to check for availabilty 24 hours prior to your tool rental need, but may be done with less time if available.
  • When will my items be delivered?
    Our goal is to deliver your items when you want them. We may ask for a window of time if you can accommodate it. We can also deliver the previous evening and start your time the next morning if you need to get started before we could get it to you.
  • How and when do I pay?
    We can process your payment over the phone or at the time of delivery. We do accept Credit and Debit cards as payment, as long as they contain a Visa or Master Card logo. (Pre-Paid Cards are not accepted as form of payment) You will need a valid driver’s license for all of our rentals. NO DEPOSIT is required for most of our tools. CASH will not be accepted at the time of rental; HOWEVER, cash can be accepted for the rental fees upon return of the tool. Payment is required upon reservation or delivery.
  • Do I need to call and schedule the equipment for pickup?
    Yes. Please make sure to call us and let us know when you are finished. We will schedule one of our team members to pick-up as soon as they can. Please allow a 2 to 3 hour window for pick-ups. Please have tools or equipment clean and refueled (if gas operated). A cleaning convenience charge or a refueling convenience charge may apply.
  • What is my responsibility when renting?
    Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. All items should be secured and protected from the weather. All missing, damaged, or stolen items will be subject to additional charges. We also offer added protection on rental equipment with the Rental Protection Plan (RPP). The RPP is a simple, affordable and smart way to PROTECT YOURSELF from the unforeseen. We offer a comprehensive program to provide you with added protection. All RPP coverage details are clearly listed on the Rental Contract.
  • Is delivery included in the rental rates listed?
    Yes. All of our tools include hassle free local delivery and pickup within 15 miles of our location. We can accomodate equipment to be delivered or picked up from a location outside of our radius, or a location other than the original drop off point, for a separate fee of only $2 per extra mile. Because our business is run on deliveries for all of our tools, all deliveries and pick-ups are made in the mornings from 6am-9am and afternoons from 4pm-6:30pm, but exceptions can be made.   • What is the rental period?
    All equipment has minimum charges for periods ranging from 4 hours, one day, or 1 week. The daily rate is good for 24 hours. We do charge for all time out, whether the equipment is used or not. Items with hour meters are limited to 8 hours of use per day; 40 hours per week. Overtime rates apply for use of equipment exceeding the hours/time of use agreed upon.
  • What is the Rental Protection Plan and do I need it?
    The Rental Protection Plan (RPP) is a simple, affordable and smart way to PROTECT YOURSELF from the unforeseen. We offer a comprehensive program to provide you with added protection for the most common problems. The Rental Protection Plan (RPP) is an extended plan, for you or your company, to offset possible damages that may occur during the equipment rental period. While RPP is completely optional, it is recommended to maximize your total protection while renting equipment. The RPP covers accidental damage to ABEL Equipment Rentals equipment (excludes intentional abuse of the equipment, loss or theft) and limits your liability on repairs. You are also exempt from rental charges on damaged equipment covered by RPP while it is being repaired. The RPP limits your responsibility for cost of repairs, as well as eliminating your liability for the rental amount normally charged during the period in which the equipment is repaired. All RPP details are in our service agreeement.
  • Are taxes, delivery, and other ancillary charges included in the quoted rates?"
    Delivery is FREE for all rentals 15 miles from our location and just $2 per extra mile. Taxes and additional costs and or fees, such as Rental Protection Plan, refueling, and cleaning fess, are NOT included in the retail rates shown. These charges are extra when applicable. All terms and conditions of ABEL Equipment Rentals contract will apply, please read them carefully at the time of rental.
